Luck was on our side with our 2019 harvest Shiraz. We hand picked our Shiraz berries and fermented them on stalks in 1 tonne open top fermenters. Hand plunging and manual basket pressing were utilised.
Matured on fine French oak of course, 25% new.
This Shiraz has lifted aromas of eucalyptus backed by luscious ripe cherries. Dried satsuma plum and dark chocolate characteristics give way to chalky tannin. Bold and dramatic yet velvety smooth.
