2023 'Pirate Jack' Malbec

Dry grown and crop thinned to produce the best fruit before being hand picked. Hand plunged four times daily during open top ferment. 10% juice drain off to concentrate tannins. Manually basket pressed. Aged in French oak (25% new) for 14 months. Our Malbec is unfiltered.
