2025 'Of Kings and Clouds' Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir (clone 777 and 115) was handpicked from Thella Estate's single vineyard in Pemberton. The 777 portion underwent carbonic maceration then barrel fermented on 50% whole bunch clusters in new oak. This provides the structure and drive. The 115 was destemmed and aged in older oak to give fruit depth and intensity.
