2025 ‘Joker’ Rosé

The grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to achieve a very lightly coloured Rosé. Fruit driven with up front fruit sweetness but a long lasting dry finish. An incredible full bodied, complex and layered dry Rosé.
