SHIPPING DAMAGES & RETURNS
If your wine does not arrive within 10 working days of your order being received please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +61 8 9755 2583.
On the rare occasion that incorrect goods are delivered, shipping damages are incurred or your wine does not arrive in a satisfactory condition, we will fully refund or replace the bottles concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within one month of delivery.
