50% Granny Smith and 50% Pink Lady Apples
A crisp and fresh apple cider that smells and tastes like real apples. Refreshing, fruity with an off-dry finish.
After cold pressing Manjimup apples the juice undergoes primary fermentation in a mix of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The fermented juice is transferred to Champagne bottles where it undergoes secondary fermentation. Aged on yeast lees for about 6 months.
Drink within 2 years.
